Attorney Ciporkin joined the firm as an associate in August, 2007, and currently concentrates his practice on the litigation of employment, business, and other commercial disputes. Since joining Bennett & Belfort, P.C., Mr. Ciporkin has had many significant accomplishments such as:

• Convincing the National Labor Relations Board to dismiss an unfair labor charge filed by an aggrieved employee;
• Obtaining the dismissal of a real estate appraisal discrimination charge filed by an aggrieved homeowner;
• Convincing the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination to overturn a decision by the Commission, which dismissed a same-sex sexual harassment charge against an employer for lack of jurisdiction, and to enter a finding of probable cause on behalf of the complaining former employees;
• Negotiating a highly favorable settlement on behalf of a business entity which was sued for allegedly breaching certain non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements.
• Receiving a favorable decision in a solo-chaired bench trial for unpaid labor and materials charges owed by general contractor to subcontractor;
• Obtaining writ of attachment relative to hotly contested residential construction case, and successfully defending that attachment upon defendant’s motion for reconsideration;
• Compelling a federal district court judge to overrule precedent relative to interpretation of aiding and abetting liability standard under Securities Exchange Act;
• Co-authoring continuing legal education literature for the Boston Bar Association relative to the use of expert testimony in employment litigation.

Attorney Ciporkin graduated from his legal studies at Northeastern University School of Law in 2006, and received his bachelor’s degree from Tufts University in 2001. Mr. Ciporkin is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and is a member of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations.
