Greg Scialabba practices primarily in the areas of employment law and litigation, and commercial/business litigation. Greg both defends and prosecutes matters involving workplace discrimination and harassment, retaliation claims, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, wage and hour disputes, fiduciary duty violations, contract disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial disputes. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and regularly represents clients in state court and before administrative agencies, such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
Education / Background
Greg obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, and his J.D. from William and Mary Law School. While at William and Mary, Greg was a member of the William and Mary Business Law Review and a staff member for the Federal Income Taxation Clinic.
Prior to joining Bennett & Belfort, Greg worked for two regional firms representing small businesses, non-profits, and licensed professionals in a variety of civil litigation matters.
