William E. Petrone

William E. Petrone, Esq.

Will practices civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law and business matters. He litigates age, gender, race and disability discrimination; wage and hour controversies; whistleblower matters; and commercial disputes. He also negotiates employment separations and advises on severance and non-competition agreements. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court – District of Massachusetts and has also appeared before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission.

Education and Experience
Will earned his law degree from Boston College Law School where he graduated cum laude in 2022. Before joining Bennett & Belfort, Will practiced at an employment law firm in the Boston area. Born and raised in New Jersey, Will earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Rutgers University in 2016.
