Craig Levey is a litigation associate with Bennett and Belfort, P.C. Mr. Levey obtained his B.A., with honors, from Hobart College and his law degree from New England School of Law. Mr. Levey is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

During his tenure at New England School of Law, Attorney Levey was the Student Fellow for the Center for Business Law. As Student Fellow, Mr. Levey conducted policy research in the areas of Agency and Partnership Law, Tax law, and Ethics.

Prior to joining Bennett & Belfort P.C., Mr. Levey completed an internship with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, in the Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division. While there, Mr. Levey assisted in researching and writing a trial brief in a fiduciary duty case that resulted in a $9M verdict in favor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Attorney Levey focuses on civil litigation, in the areas of Business and Employment Law. Attorney Levey’s practice includes contract drafting and review, litigating business disputes, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, employment agreements, employment discrimination matters, wage disputes, and advice relative to all aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
