Representation of landlords and tenants relating to commercial and residential tenancy disputes, liquidated damages and accelerated rent disputes, security deposit disputes, and other landlord tenant law matters.
Negotiation, drafting, and review of severance agreements, including highly compensated individuals and officers of corporations.
Numerous commercial lease negotiations on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including leases at Rockefeller Center, New York, New York, the Prudential Center in Boston, and various commercial and retail buildings throughout Massachusetts.
Representation of medical practices as well as dentists and physicians, involving the purchase and sale of medical practices, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and negotiation of physician employment agreements.
